Payment Details
Online Security is of paramount importance to the All charms team and to fulfil our obligation to our clients we use secure SSL hosting which means all online communications are secure.
All payments including all taxes (vat at 15%), delivery, shipping and handling fees must be made via our online payment partners www.sagepay.com.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Please note your bank account will be debited before the products are despatched. If you are ordering from a country outside of the UK, your bank account will convert the sterling amount into your own currency, please check the shipping and handling sections for countries we dispatch too.
Allcharms reserve the right to decline to despatch any products that they deem to be incorrectly priced on the website.  If this situation occurs, the customer will be requested to make a further payment to purchase the product or alternatively a full refund will be given.
Shipping And Handling
At Allcharms we aim to despatch orders within 48 hours of delivery using Royal Mails service via 1st class, special delivery or standard parcel post. Delivery is usually between 2-3 days working days for UK addresses and up to 10 working days for international orders. Below is a list of international locations we deliver to
Australia, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Reuplic, Hungary, iceland, Israel, Japan, ,Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Slovenia, Switzerland, USA, Belguim, Bulgaria, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden.
 You will receive a confirmation email confirming despatch of your product. The All charms team will contact if events out of our control may affect your products being delivered on time and we will email you with alternatives should this be required. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by our Royal Mail or any other selected alternative postal system.
We offer a free standard delivery service within the UK on orders over £30. For order value below £30 we charge £2.95 to cover shipping, handling packaging and insurance costs.
Postage and Packing varies for countries outside of the UK. Orders received after 2pm will be processed the following day. Orders made on Fridays after 2pm will be processed on Monday
Lost or Faulty Goods
If in the unfortunate event that your order is lost or damaged in transit, please send an email to returns@allcharms.co.uk   or by writing to All Charms at PO Box 1252, Preston, Lancashire, PR2 0NP.  Please allow up to 7 working days for standard delivery before making contact regarding you item as sometimes delivery is just delayed rather than lost.
Returns or Exchanges
If the product you receive is faulty you  must contact us within 7 days of receipt on the following email: returns @ allcharms.co.uk, please reference your confirmation order number when sending your email, your name and address details, details of the product, date purchased and the reason for the return and whether you prefer an exchange or refund. Please note that any postage and packing charges associated with your order will not be refunded. 
If you have incorrectly ordered products from our website, we can only offer a exhange, providing we receive the goods in their original packaging and in perfect condition.  Again please contact returns@allcharms.co.uk to confirm this.
We must also receive the product(s) in its perfect unused condition (and any packaging) within 14 days of receipt and sent to the following address:

On receipt of unused products we will either send out the exchange item or refund the credit/debit card used on the original transaction.
We recommend for your own assurance that your send the products back to us through a delivery method where we have to sign for it and also is insured to its full retail value. The costs associated with sending the products back is your responsibility.
 If you have requested an exchange, we will send out the products at no extra costs. In the event an exchange cannot be fulfilled a refund will be given automatically.
Please Note earrings for hygiene reasons cannot be exchanged
